I'm a certified SAFe and project manager (IPMA) with a big passion for the agile way of working and digitization. Business Unit Manager - Acando

Managing a team with 12 senior program and project managers. Consultant with an ability to lead complex assignments, within digital transformation, that requires skills in leadership, good knowledge in methods and tools, and experience in managing people. P&L responsibility for the team.

Jan 2020 - Jun 2020: Acted as IT strategist and advisor. I supported in IT program coordination, roadmap, implementation, and prioritization to achieve the agreed business goals. Reported to the CEO and management group. 

Jan 2017 - Dec 2018: Program/Project Manager for the implementation of a retail system, upgrading POS, Adapting handled/PDA to the new solution, and managing tasks related to cloud hosting. Reported to the CEO and CFO. 

Jun 2016 - Jun 2017: Change/Project Manager Transition & Integration. The objective of the assignment was to integrate, support, and plan nearshore activities to achieve; growth, efficiency, and higher quality. Acted as a change/project manager, facilitated workshops, and had been responsible to introduce change activities and align the introduced strategy plan with business areas in Sweden and Latvia. Reported to the CEO and sales manager. 

Apr 2013 - Jun 2016: IT Service Responsible (ISR) and System Responsible (SR). ISR within a retail company and had the overall responsibility for the IT deliveries, strategy planning, supporting the business processes, and for guiding and coaching the leaders within the area, Customer Information Management. Reported to service area responsible (SAR). 

Apr 2006 - Dec 2009: Project manager for Efficient Development and Maintenance program and scrum master for implementing electronic records at Tax Agency.  

System Engineer - FMV (Swedish Defence Materiel Administration)

Participated in several assignments, e.g. Implementation of ERP and an integration platform, implementation of collaboration website/Intranet, integration strategy, etc.
One of the crucial assignments was the implementation of an ERP system and an integration platform. I was involved in the procurement process, responsible for integration, gathering, and producing the technical requirement specification for the ERP and integration platform. Acted as a tech lead for the technical architecture team, and had the responsibility of delivering the integration guidelines and strategy.

Certified within Selectica eCommerce - spent 4 weeks in San Jose (USA) and 3 months in Helsinki (Finland) supporting in my role as IT architect with the implementation of Selecitica eCommerce system for a big electronic company.

1999 - 2014: - Boardmember and founder of a nonprofit organization with a mission to spread information concerning the Syriac church and folk music.


2000 - 2006: - Boardmember and one of the founders of a nonprofit organization and network for Assyrian/Syriac academics in Sweden. One of Saais central objectives was to promote higher education and contact between students and academics in working life.
